Todolí Citrus Dinner, Tuesday 24th February

We’re delighted to welcome back Vicente Todolí of Fundació Todolí Citrus, Valencia, for our annual citrus dinner.

The evening will begin with a short talk from Vicente, offering insight into his remarkable citrus farm and his work preserving rare and historic citrus. Now numbering over 500 varieties, it is the largest private collection in the world.

Guests will enjoy a selection of citrus-inspired canapés, followed by a four-course, pescatarian menu that explores the variety, fragrance and character of Todolí citrus, across savoury and sweet dishes.

Tickets are £90 per person, with the option to add a £60 wine pairing or a £40 non-alcoholic pairing.

Due to the nature of the shared menu and family-style service, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes to the dishes to accommodate individual dietary requirements, allergies or preferences.
