Toklas Bakery Summer Fruits Market, Saturday 7th June

To celebrate the arrival of Summer, Toklas Bakery is hosting a market of all things Summer fruits. We will be joined by Hide, Chishuru, Seasons, Landrace Bakery & La Grotta Ices who will all be serving delicious treats alongside Shrub showcasing the best in seasonal produce.

Emily English will be with us from 10am to sign copies of her latest book, Live to Eat. To celebrate the book launch, Emily has co-collaborated with us on a one-off Danish, with strawberry, crème pâtissière & olive oil granola from her book, to be sold on the day.

Artist Sienna Murdoch will also be presenting her Fantasy Fruit Stall, showcasing her amazing sculptures as well as collaborating with chocolatier Evelyne Birbaumer (formerly of Rococo Chocolates and Rose Bakery), to create three bespoke chocolate moulds inspired by summer fruits.
