We’re thrilled to welcome Rosie Healey, chef-owner of Glasgow's Gloriosa to Toklas this January for a special one-night takeover.

Rosie is an incredible chef who trained at Ottolenghi and subsequently spent time at Quo Vadis. She opened Gloriosa in 2019 to rave reviews with Jay Rayner calling her focaccia 'the best he had ever eaten.’ If you are not a regular visitor to Glasgow, this is a rare opportunity to experience her seasonal Mediterranean cooking in London, including her legendary clafoutis!
